RETURN POLICY
All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#)

Copy of invoice must be included

Items eligible for return must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging, tags and accessories.

A full refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days in new condition; less shipping cost.

Items showing any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage will not be accepted.

Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, you may use a shipper of your choice, to insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.

Kelplant cannot be responsible for loss or damage to products while in route.
Exchange or Mis-shipment

For items that do not match your order or are defective, mis-sized, or otherwise incorrectly shipped, Kelplant will cover up to $10.00 return shipping expenses.

Return Deductions

Items returned without proper authorization will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Any entire order exceeding $100.00 returned without an exchange will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Items returned after 30 days from ship date will not be eligible for a refund.
